Yuasa YIX series batteries were created for increased cold climate performance. Advanced lead-calcium technology – holds its specific gravity more than 3 times longer than conventional lead antimony batteries. Absorbed Glass Mat (AGM) separators absorb electrolyte making the battery nonspillable, the valve regulated design eliminates water loss and the need for refilling. Factory Activated (FA) – the battery is filled with electrolyte, sealed and charged at the factory.
